I am a research scholar working for my Ph.D. in the Department of English, Kakatiya University, Warangal. My area of research is ‘Designing Material for Online Teaching in English for Undergraduate Level.’

The questionnaire given to you is designed to know what type of online learning skills and writing skills you need for your future purposes. As a learner, your valuable opinions go a long way in identifying the need for designing an online course for writing in English.

The questionnaire consists of two types of questions: ‘yes/no questions’ and ‘multiple choice type questions’. Please go through the questions carefully and answer them completely. Your answers will not be revealed anywhere.
